Lansdale Basement Bar Project
We went thru and installed sheetrock, drop ceiling, vinyl floor, recess lighting and fresh coat of paint. But the main attraction is the oak bar with sink, ice maker, kegerator, granite top, gas pipe foot rest and stacked stone tile (DC tile great job). Our team did a beautiful job building and executing this project. We also had to plan accordingly for the gas pipe shelves thru the tile by recessing the brackets in the wall so the tile did not roll on the brackets.
Kent Rd Kitchen Renovation
It took us a while to get this kitchen where we wanted it. Definitely a work in progress the last couple of years. Myself and Bobby Ruibal custom built my family’s kitchen from scratch. My wife Christine Brown designed the kitchen to our families needs and picked out all the finishes. We used all Blum soft and slow close hardware for the doors and drawers. We took our time with putting this together and lived through a long renovation. On to the next honey do list.
Hawarden Bathroom Project
Making the shower larger but same location, keeping the vanity same location but updating, relocating the toilet and adding a washer and dryer to the master bath on the second floor. We also did custom cabinetry with a custom wood top. Once again the customer choosing the tile and fixtures made this job come together beautifully.
Edgemont Basement Renovation
This project is a basement renovation that we started back in February/March. Unfortunately the pandemic hit and delayed the timing of this project. This 50ft x 50ft basement also got hit by a storm even before we started, taking out the windows, door and HVAC units. A lot of hard work went into finishing this project. Adding a full bathroom, kitchen/bar and a potential work out area just in case we get quarantined again.

Malvern Kitchen Project
This kitchen renovation we took down a non bearing wall that divided the kitchen and the dining room. We extended a wall out that also needed a new beam that separated the kitchen from the living room. The entire first floor got re-sanded, stained and polyurethane. As well as two sets of stairs. The customer maximized their space with custom cabinetry which allowed them to fit two sinks, two dishwashers, icebox, beverage center, two ovens, built in microwave, cook top and the heaviest but beautiful refrigerator. They also picked out quartz countertops, subway tile for the backsplash and a nice showcase piece behind the range. A great project to be a part of and being able to deliver a nice, bright and wide open space for this family.
